Components for fuse D and D0 program

We have many years' experience and special equipment for large-series production of all ceramic elements in D and D0 fuse systems.
The bases of fuses, sockets and caps, as well as other insulation segments are manufactured by quartz porcelain C111 in narrow dimensional deviations, allowing an automated assembly of D and D0 fuse system


 

Components for LV fuses – extruded

 

We manufacture extruded bodies for LV fuses that meet special technical requirements. Any specific technical demand could be manufactured at the body.
The surface of the bases can be glazed or nonglazed.

The bases are made from mulitte C610 and steatite C221.

Components for LV fuses – pressed

We manufacture wide range of bases for LV fuses. They are made according customers demands. We achieve high quality requirements in order to fullfil requirements from full automatic assembling lines.

Bases are produced from steatite C221 and mulitte C610.

 

Components for MV fuses - extruded

We are leading world supplier of components for MV fuses. We have long-term experience and high-quality technological equipment for the manufacturing of ceramic tubes and supports. We co-operate with our customers in developing new, technically and technologically demanding tubes and fuse supports.
According customers requests we are finishing tubes with several technologies: cutting, grinding, milling, etc.

We manufacture tubes from high-quality alumina porcelain C120 and C130. The supports are extruded from quarz porcelain C110, alumina porcelain C120, nonporous cordierite C410 and from the porous cordierite C520.

The tube surfaces are glazed in white or brown (RAL 8011, 8016 or 8017).
